Rostering a class via Clever or ClassLink

<aside> 👉🏽

Teachers must sign-in using their provider (Clever and ClassLink) and roster students on LitLab before students can login via these methods.

You can roster using ClassLink or Clever from the Teacher Dashboard page:

If you’re new to rostering, you’ll see the Sync with X button roster option relevant to your original sign in method (ClassLink or Clever) at the bottom of the screen next to the Add some students button. You’ll also see the Sync with X roster option button if you’re on a manually rostered class (see below). This allows you to add a Classlink or Clever-rostered class. When your students log in via ClassLink or Clever, they’ll be connected to your Classlink or Clever-rostered class.

Manually rostered vs. Clever/ClassLink synced classes

If you have manually rostered a class on LitLab, it will not be connected to Classlink or Clever. If students sign in via Classlink or Clever, they will not see your manually rostered class.
