LitLab.ai is integrated with the “Clever Library” (teachers can sign in and use LitLab on their own accord), as well as via “District SSO” (top-down rostering from the district).

Not every district supports Clever Library, so you should check with your school/district.

Note: You will need to check with your school/district if you have Clever Library Access (Classroom Integration) to roster your classes via Clever.

If you have Clever Library Access, follow these steps:

Step 1. Roster your students via Clever

1. Log out and log back in via Clever

2. Go to the Dashboard and press “Sync with Clever”.

Step 2. Connect LitLab to Your Clever Dashboard

1. Visit the LitLab app page on Clever

   💡 You can check if you have Clever Library access by seeing if you can view this page.

   

2. Click “Install”

3. Choose the class page(s) where you want to install the LitLab app

4. Once installed, the LitLab icon will appear on your students’ Clever dashboard

Step 3. Direct Students to Log In

Once you complete Step 1 and Step 2…

• Students simply click the LitLab icon from their Clever portal.
• They’ll be automatically authenticated — no username or password needed.
• Once logged in, students will instantly see their teacher-assigned stories.

If you do not have Clever Library Access, reach out to us

We will attempt to contact your IT team to set up Clever District SSO, but please note that this may not support rostering in your district.
